Ahmed Faraz proved himself a thorough professional in IT, having a profound experience of more than 12 years working in different roles. He started his career with Medicam Group of Companies, where he served as a Software Engineer for almost two years. There he was responsible for the implementation and management of ERP software. He also got the opportunity to provide training on ERP to many users.

Later in 2007, he joined ALT-Source Communication as a Software Engineer, where he was an integral part of the team responsible for developing and implementing the CRM system. ALT-Source Communication worked with various large national and multinational brands like McDonald, Abbott, Green Star, and Duct cleaning.  In 2008, he joined Summit Bank, where he handled software development for process and automation related to retail, consumer, and human resources.

In 2011 he joined First Solutions, developed the application system, and conducted analytical research to guide the clients in making their process seamless and efficient. His current role is Head of IT, where he is responsible for assisting the organization in strategic decision-making and supporting company’s various projects in multiple countries.
